safTdox provides a set of the most commonly required Health and Safety Policies in a structured, well organized, and secure document control environment.

Policy statements set out the beliefs, goals, and requirements of the organization. Policies will be consistent with the relevant legislation and regulations. For Health and Safety in Australia the key pieces of legislation include the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011. The Australian National legislative documents provide a model for the States and Territories.

As the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) you will be responsible for ensuring that your policies are compliant with the current legislation and regulations in your State or Territory specifically.
