This folder is the place where you will store completed, signed and scanned documents such as Hazard Reports and Training Attendance sheets. It is also a place where you will store resources such as copies of the training materials (power point presentations, assessment questions and answers etc.) used for training. Because safTdox has a built in filter it is easy to find the files that you want without having additional folder levels. So all files are stored at the same level. It will be important, as it always is, to give your files sensible, meaningful names so that others will be able to find them as well.
